Payment Policy
Payment for psychotherapy sessions is due at the time of the session.
Accepted forms of payment are: cash, credit card, personal cheque, and e-transfer.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, there will be no charge, provided that you provide 24 hours notice (missing a session or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in you being charged the full amount for the scheduled session).
In the rare event that Laval cancels the session, he shall provide you with 72 hours notice. If Laval cancels a session with less than 72 hours notice, you will receive a free session.
